Staff is very friendly and willing to serve your every need. Room isn't the epitome of luxury, but I do have perhaps the smallest one in the house, and the building is over 100 years old. Overall a great and unique place to stay.

Make no mistake, this is NOT a WINE BAR.
When looking for a place to bring in the New Year. We noticed the only place in Somerset classy enough for a New Years toast would be the Georgian Inn. Since we were arriving into the city late that night, we were unable to attend their New Years Dinner but still wanted to attend the Champagne Toast later that night. Knowing this was an unusual request I called the day prior to ensure they would be able to accommodate our group arriving late. Ii talked to a very nice woman who assured that there would be no issue to arrive later for Champagne.

On the night of New Years Eve we were about 10min away from the Georgian Inn and once again called to ensure they could accommodate us. ONCE AGAIN, we were reassured that we were welcome. Upon arrival to the Inn, the doors were locked and we could not get inside. Even though we could see employees and guests inside. After knocking for 10min (in 20 degree weather), with women freezing in dresses, someone finally arrived at to the door. The employee told us that the bar was not open to the public. AFTER WE CALLED TWICE AND WERE CONFIRMED??!!? TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Thank you Georgian Inn. Thank you for ruining our New Years.
