Best place around to go tanning and get the results you want. A bit pricey but worth it.

I purchased a tanning package for what I thought was only a 3 month agreement, and it turned out to be an on going $50 payment that I had been making for the past year. I have not been to this store since June of 2015. After I realized that this charge was still reoccurring I called the store to have this discontinued. Realizing that this was my mistake, I asked kindly if they could reimburse just the most recent payment made(yesterday), because this fee should be for the upcoming month's package. I was told by the owner that this was not possible and that he would not be reimbursing me.

Edit: I was contacted months later by Jim, the owner of Video Haven. He was very apologetic about the misunderstanding that happened and was wonderful enough to reimburse two months of the package that I had. He seems like a fantastic man that I just happened to catch on a bad day. Please don't hold what I wrote against him and his company, but rather see him as an everyday person like you and me. Pay them a visit and be their patron!
